THIS RESTAURANT HAS CHANGED LOCATIONS Lime Restaurant Review:
Most people come to Lime for the mojitos and the social mixing, but underneath all that preening and drinking is some first-rate pan-Latin cuisine. Owner Chris Hyndman, known about town for fashionable sushi house Virago, has assembled a phalanx of dishes bristling with tropical flavors. Start with a bite from the creative ceviche list, then move on to something more substantial such as a Cuban-style seasoned lamb roast. The décor is minimalist and clean, with urbanized whispers of Western adobe dwellings. A modest but thoughtful tequila list beckons dedicated sippers; the wine list is big on light, bright new-world labels.
