Local 360’s open and urban-rustic design create a comfortable space. The menu is composed primarily with ingredients culled from within a 360-mile radius of Seattle, the result being quintessential “farm-to-table” dining with a casual, down-home attitude. As the place is in Belltown, there's also a lively late-night scene. Dishes have included a peach and arugula salad tossed with bacon bits and fresh goat cheese, braised rabbit leg, and a juicy house burger. Top off a meal with a sweet finale such as the almond cake or PB&J bonbons. The wine list is small but affordable. Among the few downsides, the dining room is noisy, and service can be spotty.
