Loving Hut Restaurant Review:

The U.S. division of this international vegan chain is headquartered in California. Two franchises in Atlanta have different owners and different menus. This unit, in a toney suburban shopping complex, occupies two levels. Décor is minimal, with a few flowers and little else, but with large windows offering expansive if mundane views. You come for the food, and you get plenty of it. We like the eggplant dishes, typically based on Chinese eggplant; try the eggplant sautéed with onion and red bell pepper in a tasty gravy, with brown rice. Check out the daily special soup, and hope it's the curried vegetable. Vegan tiramisu will cap it all off in fine style. No alcohol is served, so enjoy juices or a smoothie.
