LT Steak & Seafood Restaurant Review:
From chef Laurent Tourondel, this restaurant perched on bustling Ocean Drive at The Betsy hotel emphasizes seasonal produce, seafood and steaks. LT Steak & Seafood replaced Tourondel’s BLT Steak, and as at its predecessor there's an "extensive" selection of raw fish and sushi. Dishes have included coconut macadamia shrimp; Wagyu beef tartare with truffle; ahi and salmon poke; crunchy curried crab; charred Portuguese octopus; and black garlic charred short ribs.
