THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Lundum's Restaurant Review:
Londoners have slowly come around to the idea of this Kensington Danish. A family-run establishment, it has expanded into a large space, offering both an airy restaurant and café with a refined, slightly old-fashioned interior. Anyone believing Scandinavian cuisine begins and ends with meatballs and herrings will be surprised by the variety of what's offered here: yes, herrings and caviar and meatballs appear (and they are very good), but there are also the likes of ravioli of langoustine and papaya. If it's on the list, be sure to try the duck cured for 52 hours (no more, no less) and served in a honey sauce. Breakfast in the Library Lounge (Mon.-Sat.) is notable. Set 2-course lunch £14.50, 3 courses £18.50; Sunday buffet £21.50; set 2-course dinner £19.50, 3 courses £24.50.
