Steakhouse with local touches at Santa Fe's Hotel St. Francis.
Market Steer Steakhouse Restaurant Review:
Market Steer Steakhouse is a prime place to meet for meat at Hotel St. Francis, just steps from the historic Santa Fe Plaza. Executive chef Kathleen Crook, who co-owns the restaurant with GM Kristina Goode, puts local touches on the menu like Tex-Mex mussels, comprising shiner bock steamed PEI mussels with roasted green chile and toasted baguette. Diners can complement their preferred cut of meat (filet, cowboy rib-eye, etc.) with sauces such as truffle butter or horseradish caramel. À la carte sides might include harissa glazed carrots, lobster mac and green chile risotto.
