Market Street Bar & Grill, the Hyatt's upscale restaurant, offers contemporary, refined American cooking from morning until late at night. Brunch is delightful with its buffet tables spread with salads, fruits, cheeses and other sides, plus some interesting desserts, all as adjuncts to the main brunch menu: steak and eggs, strawberry crêpes, pastrami-cured salmon and almond waffles among the offerings.
