MeMa (pronounced my mah) is an elegantly decorated, primarily Thai cuisine restaurant that is frequented by Kauai residents. The food’s good and a good value. Try the ginger-coconut soup, the pad thai (rice noodles with chicken, eggs, chives and bean sprouts), the stir fried eggplant with fresh basil and the house curry with seafood, makrut lime leaves, fresh ground lemon grass, peas and coconut milk. All available in mild, medium, hot and Thai hot.
