Korean-style barbecue, hot pot dishes and sushi are the name of the game at this Asian hybrid. As sleek and shiny as any contemporary bistro, it has won over ambience-seekers without losing any loyal foodies in the bargain. It all gets started with the Korean barbecue where you can heat up everything from monkfish to tofu: cooking your own food on tabletop grills isn't as risky as it sounds, since the kitchen does a masterful marinating job beforehand (the garlicky aromas are intoxicating). Finish the meal with a sampling of green tea ice cream. And if you have a long wait for your table --- as is often the case --- a soju cocktail or two should tide you over nicely.
