Food & Drinks: Quality red meat comes with a variety of sauces like brandy-peppercorn-cream, mushroom-bordelaise and the crowd favorite, a mild barbecue-like sauce that adds zing. That sauce is also a winner on chicken, salmon and pork chops; the lobster, by contrast, is buttery and delicate all on its own. Sides and salads proudly feature classic ingredients, often in super-size portions. Stuffed mushrooms are rich, with cream cheese and lump crab meat. Like the setting, the standard wine list is comfortable.
