Weekend brunch is the ideal time to head to this Rockville eatery, because you can sensibly enjoy both a sweet and a savory waffle without qualms. Look for a breakfast egg-and-bacon savory waffle stuffed with scrambled eggs and maple-cured bacon, and a sweet waffle with strawberries and whipped cream. We delighted in the luncheon waffle, the corned beef sandwich with Swiss cheese and Russian dressing, a very sophisticated and delicate interpretation of the typical deli sandwich. The waffle-sandwich list goes on, but of course, it's not all about waffles.
