Sisters Vickie and Toni Zervas fashion a homespun BYOB that has all the standards but also serves some atypical suspects. Kefalograviera stands in for kasseri in flame-free saganaki with satisfying results, and fresh shredded zucchini cakes offer an alternative to their crabby counterpart. Pastitsio, which is baked to order and served in individual glass casserole dishes, benefits from a rich, meaty sauce. Meanwhile, grilled salmon with Greek potatoes also is a treat. So, settle into the soothing, blue dining room and enjoy the ride.
