Entry is through bronze grills and a studded heavy timber door. The walls of ruby-polished plaster curve sensuously past a bar of louche, yet uncomfortable, pouffes to a limestone dining area with copper tube-and-glass lantern lighting; it is said to be inspired by something similar in Istanbul's Blue Mosque. Ozer is the upmarket member of the Sofra chain and works hard, starting with breakfast. The menu offers Middle Eastern classics with meze always a good bet with its mix of dishes from spinach and feta filled phyllo parcels to hummus and the like.
