THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS CLOSED You know you’re pretty far south when things like scungili (conch) or mozzarella en carrozza show up on a menu. Ozzie’s is a microcosm of the whole neighborhood: the men who hang out at the bar, the ladies who dine in the pink-accented little dining room, dishes you would never see anywhere but in a true Italian restaurant. We like spicy agnelloti arrabiata or penne carbonara, a fiery chicken Siciliana, or lobster Fra Diablo.
