One of five locations in the largest chain of Vietnamese restaurants in Boston, these Downtown-Chinatown branches finds customers that are almost all Asian. Each is a tiny spot, and at lunch each is packed with soup eaters. Both places have funky soul and great spring rolls, plus terrific fruit shakes and vermicelli noodle dishes. While the atmosphere is minimal, the vibe isn’t.
