The Pig Restaurant Review:

Love pork? Then head to this porcine-centric restaurant in Logan Circle. Small and bearing a slightly smoky aroma, the informal place specializes in presenting many parts of the pig, those both more obscure as well as traditional. We recommend the braised pork cheeks on crunchy grits and the wild boar ragù on pappardelle, but, alternatively, consider the pork belly burger and the crispy pork shank, too. If pig is not your ideal food, the chef offers duck confit, meatballs of pork and lamb, and goat stew. Sides include crispy Brussels sprouts and a boar spoonbread with truffles, while among the several dessert choices is a chocolate fudge cake. Drinks tend towards beers and there’s a limited selection of wines.
