Pizza & Burger Restaurant Review:

With numerous Michael Mina restaurants throughout the U.S. (including several duplicates of Bourbon Steak, the chef/restaurateur’s first Miami-area venture), it’s clear that Mina is a master at analyzing what different locales like. And who doesn't like pizza and burgers? Especially when the latter is Mina's dry-aged steak burger with double-smoked bacon and secret sauce. Not a carnivore? There are also Korean barbecue salmon and marinated grilled eggplant options. If you are a meat eater, however, look for the Cuban frita with beef, chorizo, smoked paprika aïoli and crispy potato. On the pizza side guests may choose from plenty of pies, namely versions with butter-poached lobster, chanterelle, cauliflower and truffle; and chicken, bacon, white sauce, arugula, oven-dried tomatoes and balsamic. Grandma’s style pies are made with focaccia crust. Expect a slew of entrées as well, such as baked rigatoni with ricotta and eggplant or beer-battered fish and chips with malt vinegar fries. Macallan 18 and butterscotch beignets are a sweet finish.
