Chef, author and TV personality Giada De Laurentiis has joined the fast-casual dining trend. Pronto by Giada at Caesars Palace is her second Italian eatery on the Las Vegas Strip, joining Giada across the street at The Cromwell. Breakfast, lunch and dinner options are available, including pastries, sandwiches, made-to-order smoothies, panini, salads, antipasti, formaggi and salumi platters, gelato, sorbetto, cookies and cakes. Beverage-wise, you'll find an extensive coffee program, wine on tap and cocktails.
