The cook here indulges your pizza fantasies with such wonderfully eclectic toppings as parma prosciutto, smoked mozzarella, Parmesan, tomato sauce, fresh arugula and truffle oil; artichoke hearts, baby spinach, fennel, cherry tomatoes and herbed oil; and, finally, lamb sausage, plum tomatoes, button mushrooms, shallots and house cheese.
