Ravish restaurant has taken over the former space of Morimoto Waikiki at The Modern Honolulu. The "Pacific Inspired, Soul Infused" menu features sushi, robata and larger dishes such as truffle chicken, vegetable ash crusted lamb loin and seared kampachi with bamboo rice, carrot reduction and chimichurri.
