Remington's, the freestanding restaurant on the property of the Scottsdale Plaza Resort, offers a room appointed with Remington bronzes throughout. Or dine on the attractive patio and enjoy a view of Camelback Mountain. A bar area hosts light jazz, while in the adjacent dining room chef Steven Fowler takes an international turn, sending out appetizers like chicken rillettes, crispy duck salad and foie gras torchon. Entrées include a wild boar bacon BLT, a chilled prime rib sandwich, mesquite-grilled buffalo rib-eye, and a vegetarian plate of pioppini mushrooms and grilled squash.
