THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS CLOSED Chef Shannon Cummins is steadily making changes to the menu at Restaurant Marcella, formerly the celebrated Wine Cask Los Olivos. But for now, the restaurant retains much of the culinary style of its predecessor---and why not? Wine Cask had been the region’s top food and wine destination for years. Located inside actor-vintner Fess Parker's hotel in the heart of the Santa Barbara County wine country, Restaurant Marcella---named after Parker’s wife---continues to use the finest and freshest ingredients. The wine list is extensive and heavy on quality local vineyards. While the main dining room provides an elegant setting for full meals, the outdoor patio is a charming place to enjoy small plates of seasonal cuisine with a glass of wine. Film noir movies are shown on Friday nights, lending to the property’s cinematic theme.
