Rosalie Restaurant offers Italian cuisine in Montreal’s trendy downtown. Dishes may include littleneck clams, red chilies, chorizo and parsley; rigatoni with minced veal and veal sausage ragoût; gnocchi with tomato, basil and ricotta; and organic chicken with roasted garlic. But the wood-fired pizza oven is the real draw: a classic quattro stagioni and margherita with thin, blistered crusts are worthy of Napoli.
