San Angel Inn Restaurant Review:

If you're familiar with Mexico City's famous San Angel Inn, you'll be happy to learn that this outpost is run by the same family, and they’ve overhauled both the interior and the menu at the popular Epcot restaurant. Start with the tostadas de tinga: chipotle marinated pulled chicken, avocado, and black refried beans on fried corn tortillas, topped with Valentina sauce, queso fresco and sour cream; or the traditional sopa Azteca, a tart and flavorful soup. We also recommend the creamy guacamole. For an entrée, be adventurous and go for mole poblano---chicken breast served over a bed of poblano rice, with a classic mole sauce made with spices and a hint of chocolate, sprinkled with mixed nuts; or stick to something more familiar such as rib-eye tacos or crispy shrimp with spicy green guajillo sauce. Order a margarita or a Dos Equis on draft, and sit back and listen to the mariachi band. With the nighttime view of Mexico's pyramids (the Disney version) as a backdrop, you can almost imagine you're south of the border. Skip the desserts and have another beer.
