THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED The Sequel Restaurant Review:

This gastropub has upped the stakes in cosy Clapham. It's right next to the Clapham Picture House cinema and consequently attracts the same young, trendy clientele. The interior is expensively designed with suede seats, steel fittings and a large TV screen playing old films. The menu is Global-Gone-Mad: try coconut squid, pawpaw, lime coriander, rocket and lentils; or roast salmon with pepper hash, tapenade and potato crisps. This could all end in tears, but the unusual dishes usually work well. Prices are fair, and service is generally good too. Worth a look, as long as it's not too busy---which may be often.
