Sink|Swim offers a seafood-focused menu in a casual environment in Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood. In addition to oysters, gin-cured salmon and Atlantic cod fish ‘n’ chips, the dishes extend to beef and broccoli with black beans. Desserts include an orange-vanilla financier. Beer, wine and cocktails are available.
