Sisters and Brothers
Nashville-style fried chicken migrates northward and lands in a Georgetown bar.
Sisters and Brothers Restaurant Review:
Although conceived as a bar, nothing can keep food-frenzied crowds away from the spicy Nashville-style dishes served at this Georgetown hotspot. The little brick building across the street from the King County Airport packs a crowd into its two red-painted mini-rooms: one holds a bar with a pair of sit-down arcade games turned into tables, while the other is more of a restaurant with quirky art and typical, although bare bones, tables. The menu centers on crispy hot Nashville-style chicken served on its own or inside a sandwich, along with a wedge salad far better than a fried chicken joint ever needs. Southern staples such as mac ‘n’ cheese round out the irresistible menu. No desserts are served, but there’s plenty of local craft brew, which is the name of the game here.
