Locals squeeze into this burger spot for one main reason: the infamous cheese "skirt"---a halo of excess goo that oozes over the edge of the burger and sears on the grill to a golden brown. The eatery may be tiny, and the walls loaded with kitschy décor, but it doesn’t fail to attract patrons at lunchtime for simple burgers and fries, the latter fresh-cut with the skin on.
