Stubrik's Steakhouse & Bar Restaurant Review

: A late-night steakhouse in Orange County? It's hard to believe, but Stubrik's is the real open-late deal. This restaurant has a loyal fan base comprised of night owls, college students and meat lovers. From T-bones to the 24-ounce porterhouse, the chef knows his way around red meat. Order your steak simply seasoned, stuffed with blue cheese or smothered in a Burgundy blue cheese sauce. Start your meal with a few slices of the garlic cheese bread and a crisp, chilled salad. You'll also find some rather good pastas, seafood, Cajun-style chicken, meatloaf and bone-in pork chop. The old-school dessert selection is highlighted by bananas Foster. Fancy it's not --- in fact, you'll most likely dine amid the sounds of pool balls clacking or blues bands singing about love gone wrong --- but it'll fill you up. One thing to note: The owners and staff do have a reputation for not following the typical "customer is always right" protocol.
