THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Swanky Bubbles Restaurant Review:

Steve Frankowski and Ralph Del Prete (Martini's) have teamed up again, and this time it's Champagne, not vodka, being the main menu ingredient. Anyway, Champagne is good, in combination or not, and it goes well with the Asian-inspired menu. You can get all manner of sashimi, sushi or maki sushi and then move on to large plates for sharing that can be anything from miso-glazed sea bass to chocolate fondue. There are good crab cakes and banana tempura with pineapple sorbet for dessert. With an affable staff, this is a good place if you feel really hungry about 1 a.m., and don't want an entire meal.
