Amid North Philly’s Golden Mile is this vibrant mainstay emitting tropical warmth. The kitchen turns out a sizeable amount of good, solid Colombian and Cuban fare, at very low prices. Servers are helpful, and will tell you the most typical dishes to order. Try a Cuban sandwich with garlic sauce or the heaped platter of roast pork shoulder with black rice, steamed cassava, tamale and plantains. For dessert, the tres leches is a must.
