An institution in Laguna Beach since 1949, this place still draws crowds, especially on Taco Tuesday when tacos are 50 cents each in the upstairs cantina. Hungrier folks might tackle the house special, an overflowing plate of chicken, meat or green-corn tamales, beef or chicken enchiladas, chiles rellenos, rice and beans.
