Pastry chef William Eash has carved out his own niche, bringing city fare to the ’burbs. He’s best known for his authentic French and Viennese pastries, but his breads, muffins and bistro lunches and special-order dinners have made this cozy, sunny restaurant a favorite among locals. Some linger over the newspaper and coffee; others are in and out in 30 seconds flat for their fix to-go. When you do have time to spend, take note that Eash is known for his weekend brunches, starring crêpes and tortas rusticas.
