This was one of the Strip’s first in-hotel Mexican restaurants and its quality has remained in the basic, reliable, not exciting range. Good service makes it a wise choice if you’re en route to a show and need an enchilada-margarita fix. The décor is strictly serapes and stuffed cacti, but the food, while uninventive, is quite reliable, and kids love it---especially if they’re not from the Southwest where more inventive Latino chefs know better.
