Vendome Restaurant Review

: Decorated in wood and granite, Vendôme is one of three restaurants in the Grandhotel Schloss Bensberg. Chef Joachim Wissler has trained in restaurants across Germany and cooks up French fare like Treviso radicchio ravioli with Périgord truffles in Parmesan velouté and fried Müritz saddle of lamb with saffron vegetable cassoulet and bay jus.
