THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS CLOSED This is a laid-back kind of place that the kids will love, and so will your Saturday night date. Given the beach theme and the sports-bar ambience you might expect a burgers-and-buffalo-wings menu, and you can get excellent versions of both. But you can also get fine prime rib, a decent cabernet and an after-dinner port from a menu that leapfrogs around the globe. Mango-raisin chutney partners Jamaican jerked pork ribs. Jambalaya offers a taste of the Big Easy. Chermoula seasons the tartar sauce that accompanies deep fried rockfish. Chipotle salsa compliments smoked salmon quesadillas. Still, our favorite may be that comforting old standby, meatloaf, each slice finished on the griddle before it hits the plate where it's joined by sautéed greens, mashed potatoes and mushroom gravy---especially during darker months when comfort food cravings prevail. However, when the weather's warm, the place to be is under an umbrella on the expansive patio, gazing at sailboats on Lake Washington and sipping an ice-cold margarita.
