  1. Went tonight to the book signing at Melisse.
    What a wonderful experience. Greated with a glass of Champagne and a glass of wine. Then went to purchase the beautiful cover of In Pursuit of Excellence.
    As your standing in line to meet Josiah and have your book signed, wonderful appetizers appear on silver or black black trays.

    My palate was alive and I am lost for words to describe or convey the tastes of the exquisite bits.
    You will just have to go to Melisse and dine.

    The book is a easy read into a culinary experience.
