Amigos Original Tex-Mex Restaurant Review:

The expected fare is on the menu: nachos, quesadillas, chimichangas, burritos, tacos and enchiladas. But there are some less-common entrées like tamales and a sort-of Mexican beef stew. Our hands-down favorite, though, is the hearty chicken and beef fajita platter, served with grilled onions and bell peppers and generous portions of all the fixings --- sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, shredded cheese and lettuce --- ready to wrap in the warm flour tortillas. The drink of choice is a margarita, frozen or on the rocks. The specially designed margarita machine can pump out 1,500 drinks an hour.
