Ten Park Lanes Restaurant Review:

Renovated to include modern touches and screens above the lanes that are for TV and score-keeping, Ten Park Lanes also enhanced the patio space. Besides bowling, its top attractions are the moonshine, beer and barbecue. Moonshine and craft beers are on tap, with more than 20 selections offered in the beer garden. The wine list was developed in partnership with elegant Myers Park wine shop Petit Philippe, and although short, it features a well-thought-out collection. Try one of the flatbreads, particularly the barbecue chicken, complete with pecan wood-smoked bacon, caramelized onions, mozzarella, Gouda, cilantro and a honeycomb barbecue sauce. Or sample the appetizers, which include “gutter balls” (mini meatballs in house-made marinara) and deviled eggs, fried pickles and onion rings. Signature “Stacked Mason Jars” contain Southern favorites such as mac ‘n’ cheese, baked beans and pulled pork all stacked inside the glass jar. When you're ready for dessert, consider the one piled high with brownies, ice cream and whipped cream or one of several shakes.
