Ethiopian Airlines Begins Flights to L.A.
Alain recently enjoyed authentic Ethiopian food with renowned chef Wolfgang Puck at an Ethiopian Airlines event announcing flights from Addis Ababa to Los Angeles via Dublin. To give guests a taste of the regional flavors, the company flew over the traditional dish, injera. This spongy flatbread is made from teff, an iron-rich ancient grain native to Northeast Africa. The occasion marks the first-ever flight connection from Africa to Dublin and L.A.
