On Friday, September 5 and Saturday, September 6, the third annual Las Vegas Wine & Food Festival will take over Red Rock Casino, Resort & Spa, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy more than forty different restaurants. There will be more than three dozen wineries and spirits companies on hand as well, along with the usual posh amenities. Bring a food-loving friend, or book a room with a special someone for a weekend full of culinary adventures.

The events at this year’s Las Vegas Wine & Food Festival will highlight dishes from restaurants like Mastro’s Ocean Club Las Vegas, The Palm, Charlie Palmer’s Aureole and STK. Wineries include Canoe Ridge Vineyard, Plungerhead Wine, Viluko Vineyards, Pendleton Estate and DeWitt Family Vines, while spirits will be provided by boutique operations like Herbs & Rye, Kirk Sweeney Rum and Ventura Limoncello. Best of all, the proceeds from this year’s Las Vegas Wine & Food Festival will benefit the James Beard Foundation, which began in 1986 with the mission to celebrate, nurture and honor America’s diverse culinary heritage through programs that educate and inspire.
