This small, classy eatery in Old Town Fairfax features a menu of eclectic American fare. Choose from starters like a spinach salad or a fattoush salad, the must-have PEI mussels, and chistorra con queso, which is a bowl of melted cheese covering potato cubes and slices of spicy chorizo sausage stirred in a zesty sauce. Lunch entrées run from sandwiches and the colossal all-American five-inch-high burger (an eight-ounce prime Angus patty resting on an olive oil bun plus toppings) to salmon, crab cakes and pasta. Dinner options are more inclusive: duck breast, pork tenderloin, steaks, and shrimp and grits.
