Chef Debbie Gold’s weekly-changing menu focuses on that which is seasonal and local, including fresh-pulled, house-made mozzarella and house-cured meats paired with a locally-grown field pumpkin confit appetizer. Entrées range from pistachio-dusted skate wing with citrus pan sauce to braised Colorado lamb shank and veal sweetbreads with feta slaw. Gold’s lemon meringue pie is so popular that she now sells them for customers to take home. Ever busy, she regularly teaches cooking classes and routinely brings in out-of-town chefs for special events. Check out the bar menu with homemade Kobe sliders and crispy, fried plantation quail. Also on the roster: entertainment on Friday and Saturday night after dining hours.
