THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED 5 Seasons Brewing Restaurant Review: Dennis Lange bailed out what was a popular but failed brewpub operation to open the original 5 Seasons Brewing. Then it expanded with two more locations, and Lange decided to part ways with the trio, first changing the pub's name then selling it to his former partner, chef David Larkworthy. Larkworthy now owns all three 5 Seasons and functions as executive chef. Suds rule here, although some wine also is available, and are served at the right temperature, too, so forget getting a frosted glass. Menu changes are anticipated, but you can count on the continuation of some items that are beer friendly, a good burger and brats among them. The patio operates as an enclosed biergarten, but sometimes in summer may be open to let in the warm breezes. |
