They are chosen by a panel of culinary advisors, including chefs Govind Armstrong, Susan Feniger, Ray Garcia, Niki Nakayama, and Curtis Stone. In addition to creating the menu, each featured chef is also involved in choosing the dining room artwork, wine selection and music playlist.
