Aldo’s Pizza Pies Restaurant Review:

Long vinyl booths are the perfect size for large families or parties of friends to gather and share one of the hand-tossed pies. High ceilings give way to exposed duct work, lending the place an industrial vibe. Outdoor seating overlooks downtown’s Main Street Mall, where trolley cars pass throughout the day. Diners can build their own pies using a variety of toppings, but Aldo’s also offers a menu of pizzas with carefully paired toppings. There’s the Willie Cheech & Bob with jerk chicken and mango chutney or The Memphis with pulled pork and coleslaw. Antipasti include garlic knots and goat cheese-stuffed poblano peppers. Choose from a small sandwich menu with a meatball sub and a rib-eye steak option. For dessert, try the New York-style cheesecake with fresh strawberries.
