The former Animale has morphed into Langhe Market (a sibling of Osteria Langhe). Just steps from the Western Blue Line stop, this airy, light-filled Bucktown restaurant offers a menu that ranges from arancini to hot panini, and plin with La Tur cheese, Parmesan, butter and thyme to steak pie.
