The menu features contemporary American fare with Asian and Southwestern accents along with stalwarts like a deluxe surf ‘n’ turf and prime rib. But it’s really all about the view atop the Hyatt tower. The Southwestern Caesar topped with queso fresco, aged Asiago and feta is always a good place to start. Follow with the sirloin rubbed with a savory blend of chilies, peppers and garlic. Lunchtime often features the acrobatic antics of the window washers who are always on patrol. Kids love this, while the adults are both horrified by it and drawn to it.
