Snack on various Chinese bites that are carted around by friendly ladies, offering an array of “jewels.” Adventurous eaters might try the boiled or fried chicken feet. Less daring consumers should stick with the pork, shrimp and peanut dumplings, the latter ingredient adding a nice crunch; steamed char sui pork buns; and fried balls stuffed with pork. For dessert, enjoy the lovely custard tarts to end the dim sum adventure in classic Hong Kong style.
