Banán offers dairy-free soft-serve from its food truck, which has a permanent home on Monsarrat Avenue. Four flavors are available: banana, acaí, greens and chocolate. Sourcing ingredients locally is a focus. Banán’s three non-truck outposts in Honolulu (4211 Waialae Ave., 808-953-8200; 1810 University Ave., 808-517-3072; 2301 Kalakaua Ave., 808-200-1640) may offer additional flavors.
